American Health and Wellness is the premier adult fitness club in Mount Olive featuring a variety of cardio equipment, a free weight/functional area and STRIVE, a full body strength and condition program where a "total body" resistance routine can be achieved in 30 minutes. All memberships include access to every one of our group exercise classes, Yoga, Pilates, Boot camp, Kickboxing, Zumba, Group Cycle, and step, sculpting, stretching, and more!
Private, semi-private, and group personal training is an option offered to all members to assist in meeting your fitness goals. We are proud to offer City Blends Smoothie Café in our club. Let us show you the benefits that a recovery shake can provide your body after you exercise, so that your workout keeps working for you, even after you have left the club!
American Health and Wellness provides all our guests a health club with a clean, friendly, and non-intimidating atmosphere. If you have the time take a tour of our club and qualify for a Risk Free VIP membership that allows you to have unlimited access to the club and group fitness classes for 7 consecutive days, while you decide which membership option works best for you.
