American Health & Wellness is an upscale Health and Wellness Fitness Center. Our mission is to help our adult customers 21 and older reach their goals and live healthier lifestyles by providing a friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere.
Our main focus is in core, functional training, personal training (group and semi-private sessions are available), and weight management programs.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers and to protect our image as a wellness center, we are NOT designed to accommodate the "heavy/power lifter" type; we understand the benefits of this type of workout regime, but we also know it is directly associated with loud, startling noises, grunting, and dropped weights. If that’s your style of lifting American Health and Wellness may not be the best place for you.
We ask all our guests to follow our membership etiquette
- We encourage cleanliness, please help keep your club germ free by wiping down equipment after use with the provided antibacterial wipes.
- Please help keep your club neat and accident free by storing your personal property in a secure locker.
- Please help protect the image of your club by wearing the proper attire. Men- no tank tops or cut-offs. Loose fitting, athletic sleeved shirts only.
- Please consume all food and drinks (except water) in the juice bar area.
- Please keep all cell phones on vibrate/silent and keep phone calls to a minimum.
- And finally please keep main hallways clear at all times.
